I missed my son’s evening dose of cortef.  I can’t believe I did that!  He has been vomiting.  Is it because I missed his dose.  Or could he have a bug or something.  He is able to sleep so I gave him his cortef while he was asleep.   This is first time he has ever thrown up.  He can’t keep anything down before he went to sleep.  I called the endo, she said to wait 30 min to an hour before deciding to go to the ER but by that time he had fallen asleep.   I just don’t know what to do!  Any advice?  He dosesn’t have a fever.  I don’t know what else to check for!
