My daughter is 6 and is in 1st grade...last year and the beginning of this year she hated getting up & going but once she was there she was acting better. One thing though was that she wuld fall asleep in class or just not want to particpate...the teachers wuld contact me to let me know how she was (they were concerned with her condition) and what she was doing at school. I kept the endo posted on what shes doing also and in checking the labs etc her endo decided to increase the night dose of cortef...ever since then its like a different child and the teachers tell me shes more outgoing in class and doesnt fall asleep anymore...if u can u might want to let your endo know how hes acting and see if theres anything they can do.
