I can sympathize.  My daughter (now in 5th grade, has SWCAH) had trouble going to school in kindergarten and later in 2nd grade.  I ruled out any problem at school and there were none.  I decided it was related to separation from home (or Mom) and doing the school thing daily-as nursery school was only 3 days per week.  In 2nd grade it was torture getting her to school-kicking, screaming, refusing to get on the bus, dragging her to school crying and wouldn’t let go.  I even brought her to a Habilitation specialist.  Nothing was "wrong".  So each day I had to be calm, firm and keep bringing her to school and eventually she got through it.  Of course I consulted with pediatrician and the ped endo and it was never determined to be related to her meds and levels.  Hopefully it is a phase your’e going through together-just get yourself as much support as possible!  Pamela :)
