I am a carrier of the V281L mutation and I experience mild symptoms. Some acne since I was very young, I tried many products since then but Estee Lauder cleanser and lotions have worked very well on my skin. I have to shave my legs every other day, but I have no hair in the face or chest like other people experience. I get tired easy, and I was never able to cope with hard exercise, I fainted. In the emotional side I am very sensitive, worry to much about everything, but I guess is just part of my personality.
