We have 3 beautiful daughters, the eldest one having SWCAH.  To be quite honest, we never even considered not having more children after our first one was born with CAH.  We had always planned 3 or 4 children, and after doing the dex treatment during the 2nd and 3rd pregnancies, we finally settled on 3.   Our CAH daughter’s health has been great, no hospital visits for 2.5 years and very little illness.  Having said that, I am relieved and glad that my other 2 daughters don’t have CAH, but if it had happened that way then we would have dealt with it.  It really comes down to personal choice, how you are coping with CAH now and how you would cope with another child with CAH.
