I don’t think it is something that you decide. My first son has CAH. My 2nd and soon to be 3rd son do not have it. My husband and I did not ever discuss if we should not have any more. A male with CAH is not as bad as a female, but you are not given nothing you can’t handel. You go with the flow, you can’t not want anymore children because one has it.
