My son had a bit of leg pain his endo recommended salt tablets for when he has doing alot of sport (soccer game if warm) and gatorade.  My friends CAH girl had terrible leg pain and she went to the podiatrist and she had problems with her legs and feet that were another problem unrelated to CAH (can’t remember exactly what it was) .  She did alot of research and it did seem to be a common complaint in CAH kids.  Orthodics like previously nmentioned do help alot with leg pain if that’s what the problem is.  Hopefully you’ll get it sorted soon.
