Yes, I received mine in the mail the other day. I called their office, and found out that Erin is the one who is responsible for making it, and her idea!!

So if you get a chance, call her a call and thank her or send her an e-mail. They really do

I would like to see a large one made also, that could be given to the doctors, and the emergency room file, just in case. Or maybe something that could be put on a wall at the emergency room??? Don’t know if emergency rooms do such things, or have a book, or a computer that they put such things in??? A flag on our files that print one off when we register???

I will ask my local hospital if they have such a thing, and will get back with the board when I do.
