I am 52, almost 53, and I still get it at times. Like tonite, and the last few days, also. I think some is from arthritis??  Could be the weather as it has rained here for 3 days.

I also am flat footed, no arch, but not sure if that is a CAH condition or not?? Maybe from my weight over the years that caused it???

A couple Advil , or massage usually helps mine.
