My 14 month old SWCAH son has now had 11 ear infections.  We are convinced that tubes are necessary.  I contacted his endo and he advised me to triple the dose of cortef for 24 hours before and after the procedure.  I jst wondered if anyone had experience with this and could contribute any information.  Thanks
