my husband was considering taking a job where we would have to pay for private insurance.  No health insurance carrier would cover my swcah daughter. The alternative for her heatlh insurance was to be put into the Texas High Risk Insurance pool - and I am not sure how it all works, but basically in Texas someone has to provide health care insurance for thoes who are willing to pay the high premium...  My husband decided to stay with his current job until a better option becomes available for us.
