Our daughter had the surgery at 6 mths. of age and she did great! But a couple of days after surgery, I was changing her diaper, and there was a little bleeding. Upon further investigation, the stitches had come out on one side of her vagina. It scared me to death!! I took her in for an appt. to check this out, and the urologist was not at all concerned. He said this happens because that area stays moist. Well, it healed right up. No problems with that area. Hope this helps!
