My doctor has reduced my florinef quite a bit and I have never had any problems with it.  Maybe she is having other issues that are causing her to have an adrenal crisis. 

Has she been sick?  The other thought is maybe the high blood pressuring is contributing to her issues that she is having now, but I am not a doctor, so I have no idea..
