My endo doctor informed me that I was a rare case to have CAH considering that it mainly runs in Blacks, jews, mexicans, and other races.  I’m mainly scotish and I have SWCAH.  It’s amazing how are genetic make ups can give us certain types of disease.  And what gets me is my mother as the CAH gene and so did my father.  Both my brothers were lucky and only got the gene, but I got the disease.  Sometimes I wish that I could have just been them.  :-(
