At First I was breast feeding every four hours and now she is doing it every 3 hours.  She eats quite a bit and I can’t use a pump because my nipples I think are too tough.  I bought a lovely 350 dollar pump that does it automatically, but the thing wont work for me.  :-) Gotta love that right...and you cant return them since its a hygiene thing, yet it doesnt work for me. 

My mother though has taught me a technique on how to do that manually, and I have to tell you that my milk still isn’t coming in that great.  It’s just frustrating with the whole drinking what I am supposed to (probably even more) and having my breasts not produce enough, and urinate a ton.  Thank you for the advice, I will keep trying to manually milk myself and hopefully it’ll pay off.
