wanted to add more to my prior post- besides the adrenal crisis....you might want to add that missing doses may throw him off as in although looking fine now missing a dose may cause other things on the road to adrenal crisis to pop up like a whooping headache- I’m not perfect and I  miss the doses ...not intentionally but sometimes I’ll then get this headache which is awlful ....dehydration.

Also, by missing more wouldn’t that cause the blood work to get funky? aren’t you’all trying to gard against early puberty?

Maybe you could also do one of these as you hand her the brownies with the bottle of med taped on. "Mom ...I love you and I know you are doing your best : ) Here, I brought you his med and baked brownies as well : P His Endo really is looking for consistancy with him taking his medication as it makes the blood work that much easier" (wink, wink) "Blame" the Endo for everything   ....gosh darn that endo .....he takes such good care of the kid and taking the cortisone as directed helps in his charting of the kid’s condition"  Doesn’t the older generation want to do good by doctors?and then when you get the blood work you could call her and tell her how good it is and she was a part of it becuase she gave the med as well.
