Hi Valerie and welcome!!  My 3 children have NCAH all diagnosed at around age 5. Now my oldest daughter is 17, 2nd daughter is 14 and my son is almost 11yrs old.  We went through standard treatment for many years.  Last April after conferring with the experts at NIH, we took all of our kids off Cortef.  A few weeks ago we put my oldest back on and my son still wears his Medic Alert bracelet for stress dosing.  We also had genetic testing last spring and it was discovered that I too have NCAH!!  I’m 47yrs old and it was a relief to have a diagnosis for all my aliments!
