I’m 47yrs old and was diagnosed with NCAH 6 months ago.  My 3 children were diagnosed at around the ages of 5yrs.  I believe you wrote on the NCAH board, but I’m not sure.  I’d hate to bore you with my details again!  Anyway, Yas may be enough of an androgen suppressent.  I take Yas & Dex, among other meds to treat my many symptoms.   Be sure to have an ACTH stim test to find out exactly how well your adrenals work.
