My daughter needs to have her wisdom teeth removed.  We have set up a consultation appt with the oral surgeon for next Wednesday.  I was wondering if anyone else had this surgery and how big a deal it was for you.  I know when Kristin had her arthroscopy of her knee I gave her a shot of the SoluCortef that morning and then they gave it to her in her IV at the hospital.  When they did the simple manipulation of her knee (non-invasive) she only got the shot at home.  Both times she was put to sleep for the procedure.  How does wisdom teeth removal compare?  We are hoping to get this done in April during spring break.
