My daughter also began Lupron for early puberty. We stopped the injections at age 12 and let nature take its course. She got her first period about 1 year afterward and has been regular for the past 1 1/2 years. She did not experience any side effects. Mood swings are the norm in our house. I have 4 daughters ( only 1 with CAH). My husband suffers through it all.
