My son (SWCAH) son also had the enlargement at birth; we also noticed that his testes seemed a little smaller than normal, even after surgery to correct one ’retractile’ side.   Do all little boys with SWCAH have smaller testes?

As for photos, our Endo has never taken them.  When he was first diagnosed at one month old, it seemed like everyone wanted to open his diaper and "take a peek," as they put it.  It didn’t take long before I began telling them "No, we only allow his Endo to examine him."  I’ll admit I did get some not-so-nice looks from some after I refused to let them look, but I’m glad I said no.
