Hi there. I definently understand yoru perdicament. BUT if she had her child in a regular day care they too would NOT allow a sick child to come for the day. Infact they would have to have a note from the doctor telling that he was ok. SO really I understand but dont’ feel bad. You have to protect your child. Besides if you thought it was ok cause you didn’t want to inconvience her and if yoru child were to get sick you would further inconvience her when you couldnt’ watch her child cause you were trying to take care of your own sick child. Stick to your guns just tell her no sick child. If he seems like he is sick the next time he comes to yoru home then take his temp. If he is running a fever then call her and have him picked up. That is normal protocol for all daycares!!!!! ((hugs))
