I HAVE SWCAH  I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM PER SAY WITH STAYING HYDRATED  BUT DURING SPORTS OR IN SUMMER I DRINK SALT WATER.  I AD 2  TABLESPOOND TO 4 CUPS OF WATER AND HAVE IT OVER ICE.  BESIDES LOOSING SALT WHEN YOU SWEAT ESPECIALLY IN HOT WEATHER ITS IMPORTANT TO ALSO STAY HYDRATED ALSO.
