I have a ?? to ask the parents out there who have a SWCAH child. My little girl is 5 months old and is taking 4 tabs of florinef in the am (.1mg) It seems like a lot for such a little baby (weighs about 14 pounds) but the endo said that it is not bad and the only thing we have to look out for is high blood preassure. I am not giving her any salt yet because the endo said not to. Anyone else ever heard such a high dose of Florinef???  Also her potassium has been a bit high and they are trying to get it down to 5.4 so they can put her under general anesthesia for her cystosocpy.
