I am sure when you looked through the archives for hives/rashes, my name was under a majority of them. My daughter is queen of the hives. She gets hives every time I turn around. Some on her hands, some on her arms, legs. When she was an infant, she got hives that came and went. One would pop up, then dissapear to reappear somewhere else. We took her to the ped. and the ped. checked her urine and found she had a bladder infection. The ped. said there was a chance it was related, but didn’t quite know. She just had a plastic medical bracelet put on her when she went for asthma testing last year. They swore to me the bracelette was made of non allergic material. Her entire wrist was hives. We thought she got hives once from her medic Id bracelette, then we thought it was laundry detergent. We have done it all. Found nothing. We just make sure she washes the area off in cold water and we apply Benedryl to the area and it eventually disappears. She now started a new hivey rash thing. When she goes outside in the cold weather, when she comes back in her face and hands are hived, itchy, and pink. Once she warms up, they dissapear. She is the official queen of the hives. I know this helped zero. But sometimes it is nice to know you are not alone in the world of hives. One great thing we have used is Aveno oatmeal bath soaks. Just be sure to keep a towel on the bottom of the tub so she doesn’t slip because it gets slimy. And when you lift her out of the tub, make sure you have a death grip because she will slime her way right out of your hands. But it is all natural, all worth it, and brings SO much relief. good luck!Laura
