My second SW CAH son also took  four florinef when he was a baby,  until he was one or so,  he now takes 1 1/2 per day.  His older brother alos SW CAH takes 1/2 per day.  When he was a baby he was really pink and think it was from all the florinef, but he needed it to keep his sodium up.  It did seem like a lot to me too, but it seemed to work itself out fine.
