Have you thought about changing Endo, it sounds like you’re not happy with your current one.  It may be a matter of changing his meds, as some of the others say, Dex may not be suitable for him and it may be better to change to Cortef.  There have been many who have had trouble with the Dex and it may simply be that the doctors don’t know how to prescribe the correct amount.
