I have just been diagnosed with 3Beta HSD and I have not been able to find much information about it. I was wondering if 3B HSD was related to CAH and what does it mean to be diagnosed with it. I am seeing a specialist and they told me that reading online about my condition would make me upset, they just told me I have high levels of testosterone and called it 3B HSD. They also said I have had this since birth and I am 18 yrs old now. I am currently taking .5mg of Dexamenthasone. They have also told me I have PCOS as well. Is there any advice, answers, or information anyone can give me on what is going on with me??? Please any help is great!
