My name is Dani and we have a 28 month old daughter who has CAH.  We are considering getting pregnant again.  I have read the responses to Sue’s question (in page 6 at this time) about how to decide whether or not to have more kids after the first one was diagnosed with CAH... There were stories about taking Dex in the beginning of the pregnancy, but has anyone had to take it for the whole pregnancy? I read that it helps but don’t understand in what way... ILess virilization or not at all? I would appreciate your input very much...
