I’m sorry if I sound like a broken record but I think your daughter may be on too much Prednisone. From what you said she is on 10mgs a day. IMHO that is way too high for a LOCAH person, even in her teen years when things can be a bit unstable.

Also if she is on too high a dose of corticosteroid the BP can go up. Altho’ I cannot venture an opinion as to whether in combination with a BP lowering drug that it would come down or not. The doctor may be quite correct there.

It seems such a simple thing to get the dose of corticosteroid right and then to see if the other problem resolves.

You could ask her endo what he bases his doses on. Is it based on levels of hormones or is it a mg/kg basis?
