Perhaps it is leg cramps he is describing? That could be a lack of potassium. If I can remember, even people without CAH can experience leg cramps from low potassium. Maybe have him eat some banannas and see if it helps. OR if it is bone pain, it could be growing pains. My daughter that has the SWCAH always had the growing pains in her knees and feet. A friend of mine’s daughter that doesn’t have CAH would wake in so much pain for months in her legs that she would have to soak in a hot tub along with taking some Tylenol or Motrin.
