Well, I’m no expert but 56 sounds pretty low to me.  Our son’s last test was around 1800 and we were told that he may not have CAH and to discontinue treatment.  Whether this is right or not I cannot get a straight answer.  I posted before you and Melissa replied back with two websites with some reference ranges.  They should help you out a little.
