You should look at www.caresfoundation.org  You will find a lot of useful information about CAH.  I have found that my own research answers more questions than the doctors do. 

From my understanding, CAH patients tend to mature faster physically than a healthy child.  Things such as body odor, pubic hair, and a deepening of the voice.  Such things that you wouldn’t expect until your child is in their teen years.  They also tend to be larger in height than healthy children.  The growth does not continue though.  Their growth will stop and they will be a shorter adult.  Not like a little person, just shorter than if they were genetically set up to be 6 ft tall.

But, in lieu of my knowlege, I would definitely check out the CARES foundation for your own knowledge and understanding.
