Have you had your 17 hydroxyprogesterone tested? That is what is used in a diagnosis for CAH. Based on your symptoms of excess androgens and early puberty, I’d say that it is certainly possible to have CAH, but you would need your 17 OHP tested. (I suggest that you get copies of your lab work for future reference.) I have never heard of an endo diagnosing LOCAH by default as you describe. You may want a second opinion.
