Wendy-Lee, from what you know, does the Dex treatment work always, or is an iffy thing? What was your ’prenatal perception’ of it’s results? Did you know for sure that the results were going to be as they were, or had to take it one step at the time and hope for the best? 

The thought of getting pregnant again, still gives me butterflies in my stomach... And we do want to have more children...
