Of course his 17-ohp should drop on that kind of dose, ie. 5mg Cortef every 8 hours. What  is surprising to me is that it didn’t drop even further than 2284. How long was he on that dose before the second test was done?

I would definitely have that stim test done if that is what they are recommending.

Normal 17-ohp for a healthy child is under 200 I believe.
