I agree with the others.  Wait for the second results.  Did the doctor go ahead and put him on some form of medication (ie: cortef, dexamethasone, prednisone)? 

When my son was born, his labs came back abnormal, but the pediatrician was while we were waiting for the labs to come back, he went into adrenal crisis.  There are several things you can keep an eye on while you are waiting on your results, but here is what we noticed starting at about 12 days of life:

• dark skin around the penis, scrotum, anus (present at birth)
• larger penis
• eating less
• sleeping more, but in shorter intervals (he would wake up more often)
• spitting up
• his face just "looked sick"

There is also a list of things at the CARES foundation website that I am sure you have already looked at. 

If your child is already on medication, you shouldn’t have to worry as much about a crisis.
