I’ve had a pretty rough pregnancy and after many, many tests, my doctors believe that my baby girl, to be born in February, will have CAH.  Her chromosomes tested XX but she definately appears to be virilized and will most likely require immediate surgery for a double bladder.  This will be the first child for my husband and me and we are anxious enough already.  We want to be as prepared as possible for her and most especially if CAH will also be in store for us. 

If any of you had known ahead of time that your child would have CAH, what would you have done to prepare emotionally and set up a nursery for him or her?
