My 3 year old daughter is the same. Leaking all day. She also goes very frequently to the restroom. I thought she had a bladder infection and took her to the doctors. It was negitive. Sometimes she will go to the bathroom 3 or 4 times in an hour and she still leaks some. I sure hope it is something she will outgrow in time.
