Congratulations!!! I agree with Tracy: read and find out as much about CAH as you can and try not to worry. Have a good endo lined up and alert your pediatrician (who may very well need to "read up" on CAH!). Our hospital has a "care plan" on file, so that we can get standard blood tests, emergency care for adrenal crisis, etc. WITHOUT waiting for a dr’s order! (it’s sort of like a standing order at the hospital) I don’t know if this service is available where you live, but we feel better with it there! Also, you’ll want to alert your ambulance workers eventually, as well. The only thing I can think of for the nursery (other than the regular baby stuff) is a REALLY GOOD digital thermometer .... just in case you’re as paranoid a parent as I was when my kids were babies! Praying for you all,

Wendy-Lee
