My Granddaughter turned 6 Dec. 23 and she STILL has some  accidents. Not full wetting herself ...but she leaks and has wet undies sometimes. Especially if she is busy playing or extremely active outdoors ect. I try to blow it off as not to embarass her and tell her that her brain is just to young right now to keep up with her bladder. She still wears a pull up at night. Obviously this concerns us.....but we are just going to use the wait and see technique and hope her bladder and brain connect SOON. I feel her self esteem is more important than comparing her to others that do not have CAH. PATIENCE I hope will pay off!
