I agree with the others that 10 mgs of prednisone is too high and could be causing her high blood pressure. I am not familiar with the normal range for 17 oh preg, but those numbers look high to me. Maybe you can check for the normal range for that. If it’s high, then maybe she has 3 beta deficiency instead of 21 hydroxylase deficiency. I don’t think it’s a bad idea to wean her off and then repeat the stim test. However, I would be interested to see how she is at a more normal dose, such as the 15 mgs of Cortef that was mentioned.
