I can’t answer all of your questions because I have a 2 month CAH boy but as for the dosing, what works for us is ay 9 AM he gets .1mg florinef and 1/4 a tab of cortef...at 2PM he gets 1/4 a tab of cortef...and at 9PM he gets .1mg florinef and 1/4 tab of cortef. I did notice when he weas taking 5mg of cortef instead of 1/4 a tab he was fussier and bloated a little so we lowered and are waiting on the test results to say if we can keep the dose there. Since lowering he has been fine. Oh and the medicine does make thir stomach hurt so take with food....but you prolly knew that already

We haven’t had to give him the shot yet...I’m breastfeeding and hopefully that will keep him from getting sick so much.....no sickness as of yet. But we have had to stress dose when he got circumsised.
