Hi Toni   Unfortunately I can’t tell you there are any healthy 90 year olds out here with SWCAH, because it isn’t possible as the treatment only became available in the 1950’s (cortisone was developed then) and salt-wasting infants died shortly after birth as a consequence before then.  However, there are some adults in their 50’s who were lucky to have been born just after then, who are still alive today! 

There is no reason to expect that your daughter’s life expectancy won’t be normal so stop worrying and enjoy your little girl, she is going to be around for a very long time!
