My kids are on a year-round cocktail of Nasonex, Claritan, and Singulair. This is in addition to their dexamethasone. Oh, and my son is also on Metformin. But without the cocktail, my kids have a mild asthma that will just explode into a week home from school, constant nebulizer, and could turn into pneumonia. I vote for the cocktail.

We go to the allergy/asthma specialist who has consulted with the endo for treatment.
