I’m going to suggest something else here. Maybe your daughter is truly undersuppressed. First of all, a 17 ohp level taken in the afternoon will be a lot lower than in the morning, when it peaks. So you can’t compare levels taken in the morning to those taken in the afternoon. Also, I’ve been told that 17 ohp levels naturally fluctuate so much that they should not be the main focus of determining how a patient is doing. Other levels are more important, as well as symptoms. Since everything but the 17 ohp points to undersuppression, I believe I would be thinking that way. Also, the low cortisol really concerns me. I would definately get it rechecked. Just my 2 cents’ worth!
