I was interested because when I had a stim test, my pregnenolone came out far below the bottom side of normal (baseline and stim) and my baseline 17-ohp was zero. But my 90min 17-ohp just barely made it into low end of "normal", except the normal range they used was the same as the baseline normal range. And they didn’t even acknowledge that the stim test left me passed out for the whole rest of the day. All they said was "oh well, that’s not a problem" just because it did make it up that far when stimulated. Though if I tried to keep being stimulated by ACTH like that, it would probably kill me.
