Hi Nat!

First, congratulations on your little ones.  I know that this is all very scary and overwhelming at first, but as you learn more and more,  you’ll feel more confident in your ability to know how to care for them.  These special little people differ in that they require extra watchfullness in times of stress or illness, but other than that they are normal kids.  My almost-four-year-old is the light of my life and I am so grateful every day to have him.  Aside from taking his meds, he is just like any other preschooler.

You will find that there are a lot of sharp minds around here.  Everyone on this board is so generous in sharing their experiences, opinions, and comforting whoever needs it on a given day.  Welcome, welcome, and I hope that you will find this place as much a blessing as we have.
