First off congradulations on the new bundle of joy.  I myself had a daughter that they believe to have SWCAH and I, myself have SWCAH.   She has had her medication compounded and it is good.  But my only problem is getting my daughter to actually swallow the whole dosage.  I then found a technique to give it to her, so that she wouldnt spit it back out.  If you have any problems in giving it to her, let me know and I will be glad to share how I’ve got my daughter to take her medication.  As for the Solu Cortef, I believe I give her the whole dosage of 100mg when she is sick or not able to take her medication for any other reason.  Good luck Amy and I hope all goes well with you.
