Do they have a bully program at her school?

 

If he the one that is "special and protected" has a problem with picking on and assulting other children then the school is letting him down also by not adddressing this issue.

Are they going to wait until he puts someone in the hospital with his actions? Where I live - some kids (middle school) from a school that is for children with behavioral issues assulted another child on the bus and the driver was fired. PLus they kids got in trouble for their actions.

 Maybe they could put a behavioral tech on the bus that could help him work through this because if he can’t control himself now? then what is going to happen when he is older? Seems like this kid is slipping through the cracks soon to end up commiting crime because no trained professional cared to help him and instead chose to make excuses - picking on and assulting girls on bus is a slippery slop to vandalism and then assulting little old ladies for cash. If he can’t control himself on the bus then maybe his teacher could work with him on this? maybe a reward system for doing good? sad situation.
